RECIPE PREPARATION Chinese rice:

Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and cook until soft. Put the boiled carrot over the boiled rice and cut it into small cubes.

Add the boiled peas as well. At the end, put the diced bell pepper in the pan and leave it for another minute and remove from the heat.

Mix all the hardened ingredients with the rice mixed with the carrot and the pea. Add a little soy sauce. Cury, chili and oregano each a little. Mix everything well, season with pepper and salt and mix well and ready our rice. We also served pork and vegetable skewers, a treat.

Rice meatballs

Ingredient:

Method of preparation:

In a pot, boil the salted water, and when it boils, add the rice and let it boil until the water has evaporated. Then the rice is left to cool. Add parmesan and mix. Add chopped onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and 7 beaten eggs.

Mix very well and then, with wet palms, shape the meatballs. Place a cube of mozzarella in the middle of each meatball. Each meatball is passed through flour and beaten egg. Then each meatball is passed through the breadcrumbs and the extra breadcrumbs are removed. Fry the meatballs in a hot oil bath and remove them on paper towels and bring to the table.

Pork preparation with Chinese rice:

1. Cut the meat into 1-1.5 cm strips and put it in a bowl. Put over the meat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, chopped parsley, a pinch of freshly ground pepper, a teaspoon of paprika and a teaspoon of coriander, a teaspoon of marjoram, thinly sliced ​​garlic cloves. Watch out for salt because soy sauce is quite salty, especially if it is light, so don't sprinkle salt now when marinating. Instead, when we fry the meat, we must taste it and add more salt if necessary. After we have put all the ingredients over the strips of meat, we knead well, in our hands, to grease the meat well and to do its job with the marinade. Cover the bowl with foil and let it rest. It would be good if it stayed for at least 2 hours, but if it is in a hurry, you can fry it after 15 minutes. I usually cook my meat in the evening and leave it to marinate in the fridge until the next day, when I fry it.

2. If we want an exceptional fried rice, it is necessary according to the Chinese tradition to boil the rice the night before and to leave it in the fridge overnight, stuffing it with the fork to breathe. Thus, the rice will absorb all the moisture and by running a short drying process overnight the rice will gain firmness. In any case, the rice must be well cooled before frying. 3. Briefly repeat the vegetables: onion, carrot, pea and pepper in garlic flavored oil. Put the beaten egg and mix quickly with a spatula to make fringes. Add the rice. Taste and season.

4. Fry the pork strips on all sides over high heat in two tablespoons of oil, stirring the pan or wok often (or stirring with a spatula).

5. Put the browned meat over the rice and possibly garnish with greens. It is eaten hot.

For Chinese pork with rice with egg, cut the meat into 3-4 cm strips and brown it in a little oil, then remove it on a plate aside.
The pepper is cut into long strips, the hot pepper is sliced, the carrot is also sliced, the onion is finely chopped, and the leek is sliced, including the leaves. Cook for a few minutes in the remaining oil from the meat, then add the meat again, soy sauce and chili sauce. Preferably a wok is used. Do not add salt, as soy sauce is generally salty.
The vegetables together with the meat are not left on the fire for more than 5 minutes.

The rice is prepared like this: It is boiled with water and salt (for a cup of rice, 2 cups of water). Meanwhile, beat 2 eggs well, with salt and put them in a pan with a little hot oil, stirring quickly and continuously with a fork so as to make small strips if they are not crushed well, grind with a fork. Add the boiled rice and mix vigorously for 2-3 minutes.

Chinese Chicken with Rice

Recipe of Chinese chicken with rice is one of the tastiest Chinese chicken dishes. Chicken fillet and vegetables are prepared in a wok, according to the stir fry cooking method. If we don't have a wok we can use a bigger pan. Stir fry is a quick method of frying ingredients preferred in Chinese cuisine because it retains almost entirely the color, flavor and appearance of the ingredients.

The ingredients must be prepared in advance and put in bowls at hand. Heat the pan or wok very well over high heat. This way the ingredients will not stick to the pot and a constant temperature is maintained during cooking. Put the oil and move the pan or wok so that it greases the walls halfway. The oil must be very hot (but no smoke) when we put the ingredients, so that they start to fry immediately. The aromatic ingredients (garlic, ginger, onion) are usually put at the beginning to leave their flavors, mix for a few seconds and then add the basic ingredients, which need more cooking time. Then add the ingredients that cook faster. Mix the ingredients from the center of the pan to the edges with a wooden spoon or a spatula with holes.

We prepare a garnish of basmati rice that we serve with chicken fillet and vegetables. Chinese chicken dish with rice is served hot.


Rice recipe with Chinese vegetables

450 grams of frozen Chinese vegetable mix
200 grams of Jasmine rice
600 ml of cold water
two tablespoons of oil (preferably sesame)
two tablespoons of soy sauce
a tablespoon of fish sauce
a 1 cm piece of ginger root
a teaspoon of salt or to taste

  • How to prepare rice recipe with Chinese vegetables
  1. Put the rice to boil in cold water in which we added a teaspoon of salt.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the ginger and cut it as small as possible.
  3. Put the oil in a pan (wok, if you have it) (preferably sesame & # 8211 I used olives although it is not specific) and heat it lightly after which we add the ginger and let it cook for a maximum of one minute after which we add vegetables as they are, frozen. Careful! We do not defrost them before because they will soften too much.
  4. Let the vegetables cook over medium heat until thawed, then add the soy sauce and fish sauce. If necessary, add salt. Careful! Soy sauce is quite salty so you may not need to add salt.
  5. Stir in the vegetables and let them cook for another ten minutes.
  6. When the rice is almost cooked (see the cooking instructions on the package!) And the water in which it boiled has dropped, we put it completely (without draining it) over the vegetables, mix and continue to cook for a maximum of five minutes. the flavors blend into the rice. I used in the recipe Jasmin rice whose cooking time is 15 minutes.
  7. When the rice is ready, we serve it as a main course in a vegan menu or on a fasting day or, why not, as a side dish next to a steak.
